I got to try a Polycom IP phone at work today. I can use my Gizmo Project account (1747#######@proxy01.sipphone.com) to call or forward the IP phone (#####@sip.columbia.edu) or vice versa. Obviously, this technology has a lot of potential -- one way I would use the technology is to forward my IP phone to my laptop when I'm away from my desk.
